Great customer service, super easy process!
RACHELYNN GThis was an absolutely horrible experience. I rented a U-Haul 3 years ago for my last move and this was a far worse experience than last time.
NATHANIEL VAlthough the associate was polite and respectful. I felt at one point he basically handed me the keys and the dolly and and pointed me to where the truck was parked. I had to pull it out of a very tight spot between two other trucks.
GREGORY MClean the vehicle. It smelled of cigarettes and the cab was incredibly dirty—floor, windows/mirrors, seats, dash, etc.
