DAVID DStaff was courteous and check in process went smoothly. Solid customer service.
JAIME CI booked a truck that was significantly closer to where I needed it and the location for pick up was changed last minute resulting in an extra $60 in mileage than we planned for. We had no choice but to accept the change that close to our rental time. Not only did the location change to much further away than originally booked, I had to park 1/4mile from the truck pick up location due to lack of parking.
DEREK VI dropped off the truck at 5:50pm - place was closed
