The lady in the morning was very helpful ,nice and professional. I returned my truck and called to ask about my bill .The guy who answered the phone was rude and mean for no reason . I called to check my bill and apology if I did not put enough fuel because I forgot how much I should put there . At the beginning I called two days prior to check if they have 26 foot truck I was told they do not have one although it was showing 26 foot truck available on the APP. When I showed to the office the lady hooked me up with 26 foot truck.
Raad CTried to return using Grandpas wifi but getting dumped out of app. Called Uhaul customer service. Marley recorded my issues & also noted the poor phone connection and transferred me to another dept to assist with return. Appreciated their efforts.

GERALD TA change in rental dates and information regarding credit card charges was accurately recorded by a nice young lady in the store. Joel immediately brought my rental truck to the door where we did an inspection. Upon return Joel came right out and assisted me, handling my check in and bringing out my receipt. Excellent service by both of them!
