Location doesn't have a U-Haul representative on site - everything done through the mobile app. In spite of this, the staff were helpful in getting the truck ready (got the keys ready while I was checking out). I had difficulties with the U-Haul app, and had to use the web site for check-out. Called customer support for assistance, they were extremely helpful. Was confused, I had to grant location and camera privileges twice (once for driver's license verification, once for equipment photos). I would rate the app 3 out of 5, customer support 5 out of five.

Please note that this was an after hours drop off. It was easy for us to drop off both the truck and trailer, which was important because we aren't super experienced with trailers.
Robert HThe men that came were professional and knew their business, I worried that they would not be willing to take my bed apart, but they did, I was worried that they would not be able to handle my gym quality treadmill or get it into the room I wanted it in, once it got to the new house. They not only moved the treadmill, but put it in the house, in the room I wanted, they used their ingenuity to dismantle the machine in order to get it exactly where I wanted it. They were also, courteous, respectful and very friendly; easy to work with. and did a wonderful job. I would hire all of them again in a second, but I hope there are no more moves in my future for a long time.
