I was not happy not having a guaranteed pickup time, truck, or location. It worked out due to the person at the pickup location but national needs to do a better job.

I was surprised that when dropping off the truck there wasn't anyone available to check in the truck while I was there. I just handed the keys to the women inside and was told the truck would be inspected later. That made me a bit nervous.
