Scheduled a 3pm pick up and the individual did not show up until 3:35. The office was a disaster. The lady who checked me out was stating she was having computer troubles and then entered the information on her phone. Both which save and pre populate individuals personal information. In addition, the individual added on insurance which we didnt have on our reservation for an additional charge and then said nothing that we can do you have to call uhaul directly. It was overall not a professional establishment.
