I requested an appliance dolly and was told it was in the back of the truck when I picked it up, however, it was not. I made due with the utility dolly in the truck, but it was a pain. Recommended: ensure everything ordered online is actually supplied. In the future, I will definitely verify.

I damaged the top of the truck when I tried to go through a Dunkin Donuts overpass bar, and the girl behind the counter couldn't have been any better. She was professional, but very nice.

When speaking to the reservation staff at the central office I was told that there would be no mileage charge since I was dropping it off at a different location than Waterbury. When I arrived at Waterbury I was told that I was only entitled to one trip between the Waterbury and Clinton office and that there would be a mileage charge. The information provided by the central sales people was very misleading as I specifically asked if there were any additional charges. I had planned two trips with the truck but did not plan on additional charges as it was indicated that there would be none. The staff at Waterbury was very helpful in explaining the situation but I felt that I was deliberately mislead by other UHaul staff at from the registration center. They also made my reservation for 7:30 pm when I definitely asked for an am pickup and asked when the earliest pick up could be made. Probably a typo but it did not contribute to my satisfaction with my experience. No problems in either the pick up or drop off site but the phone service was very unsatisfactory and reflected badly on the organization.

Truck broke down several times , called for tow, and charged over 100 dollars and still dealing with getting refund. Almost a week and not one manager has returned my call. Over 2p0 years I've rented and never never again. Horrible experience. No accountability.

I love the excellent customer service at this location but Geno needs to improve on customer service and when he talks to customers make sure he knows facts about their rental instead of debating with a customer and then doesn't apologize when he is proven wrong but overall it's awesome

The dolly equipment had alot of oil/grease from possibly the last car towed on straps and strap tightern also dolly was previously fixed with tail light issue which worked when i left the u-haul location but shortly after all lights were out and not working again.

When it is close to the end of the month there should be more than 1 person working. My 9 am reservations ended with a 10 am rental. Dom did a great job even with 9 deep in line. He should have NEVER been the only person working.

I was a disappointed on the lack of Uhaul calling me back in AM about my reservations! I called and found out I did not have what I rented for the day I needed it! Luckily I had called! Not a good practice telling me I would get a call and then did not! Tom

The person who cleaned the truck made the floor mat too slippery. when you put on brakes your foot slips off and can cause accidents. I told him in person, but got no apology!

Tonya was great! After returning the uhaul i relalized that I had left my car keys at home. Ugh! She was kind enough to let me stay in the store while I waited for someone to bring me my car keys. So we can return home. As if moving isn't stressful enough, being stranded in the cold sealed it. However, Tonya was very very nice and helped me calm down, even giving me a water bottle from her personal vehicle. Excellent customer service!

confusion on pick up. I had it reserved for 5 days, when I showed up, it only showed I had it reserved for 1 day. Think it was caused by a change in my pick up time. I originally reserved it for 3:30 pick up but changed it to 3. When I got text confirmation it said 10 am. When I went online to make sure it was 3, seems the reservation got purged.
