We were told to go heck truck for pads, not the supplier. They were not in truck. We were told they couldn't supply them. We were over billed. The overcharge was greater than taxes. We are going to dispute the charge with our credit card company. We were stuck at the time as our movers were lined up. We had to rentpads from our movers at the last minute. I was told I had to dispute the charge with U-Haul, not L&C Market.
Melissa T.I brought my truck in on a Thursday night at 5:00 PM. The agent was nice enough, but he did not offer a receipt. I asked about one and he said it would be emailed. Everything went as planned, but I was a little nervous about the transaction until it completed.
