Bobby BAlthough this location was as fine for a U-Haul location and although I would recommend it to a friend, I was very disappointed in U-Haul in general. I had my reservation for the Williston, ND location for quite some time, it wasn't until the day before I was to pick up my U-Haul that I received a call telling me that the U-haul I reserved was not available and I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick it up. Then upon return the Fargo, ND location was listed instead of the Albuquerque location, even though I called to confirm everything prior to pick up, the U-Haul representative at the Albuquerque location had to fix the drop off location so that I would not be charged an additional fee. I have rented from U-Haul several times and felt it was very bad business to not have a reserved U-Haul for a customer and make them drive to a location an hour away. I should have and still should receive some sort of a discount for the inconvenience.
