We had a flat tire. Was told that u-haul uses a cheaper base tire. Please improve tire quality. We spent 3 extra hours traveling because of the tire. Thank you

I did an after hours drop off. Nobody was there.
ROBERT MThe employees were kind and helpful. Although I didn't really use the van for moving (as we were able to get everything into someone's personal vehicle) the van was very good and clean.
CHRISTOPHER GLower the rates! Way too expensive! I won't use it again for what I needed. I only needed a van, but they aren't for long distance and round trip.
