Lower the rates! Way too expensive! I won't use it again for what I needed. I only needed a van, but they aren't for long distance and round trip.

I was taking back for a cleaning charge they added. I swept the floors clean, and took pictures to prove it.

Jason CI reserved a 10' truck. When I went to pick it up, they had changed my reservation pickup location AND switched me to a 15' truck which costs more. These changes were made without my knowledge. The truck was also filthy, whoever used it before me did not sweep it out and it was muddy. Good thing I didn't have to drive a long distance with it because the heat didn't seem to work, couldn't turn the knob at all. I booked online, make sure you call and verify with the location that you're getting what you asked for and don't end up having to pay more in the end because they change your reservation on you.
