MICHAEL WWeatherford Self Storage is great! After I got there I realized the trailer I reserved may be too small. They allowed me to change to a larger one and acted like it was no big deal or inconvenience. They're very nice people!
MICHELLE UThere was a technical issue with the app. My end showed a reservation but the system did not, meaning there wasn’t a clean/inspected truck ready to go. I do not hold the facility responsible. I chose to accept a dirty truck. It was a bit frustrating when the check engine light was on for almost the whole time. Again, the problem was with the app.
