One of the tires was bald and had a nail in it. Very unsafe. I told the Uhaul rep and was told that was the only truck they had. Though the other 2 were still there when I returned this truck. AC did not work consistently. Not a good experience.

1. We originally were not reserved at this location, our reservation was cancelled without notifying us in advance due to a truck issue. We learned of the issue when we went to pick up. 2. Call in customer service got us reserved for the truck in Webster, on the way, they call back saying the truck is unavailable in Webster and had to schedule us for a smaller truck. 3. The smaller truck caused us to have to make multiple trips, doubling our milage and gas. 4. The truck did not operate properly, causing us to have to drive very slowly back to the uhaul. This made us ten minutes late to hand it back, causing us to be charged another day. This isn't even properly shown on the receipt. We handed in the truck between 10:15 to 10:30 am and the receipt shows 11:54 am. This has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company. I'm very unhappy.

Tim YThe tire ended up having a broken belt and needed to be replaced halfway through the trip. Customer service was great but it would have been better if the problem had been caught before we received the trailer.
Eric DWhile the facility and rental was seamless, getting a call from uhaul that location was going to be 30 miles from where I initially rented was unexceptable. I rented on line a month in advance.
