When I got the truck I was loading things in and later started using the ramp. It was slick and I almost slipped several times. Then I realized that inside of the truck was some kind of grease all over. It was making everything slippery and dangerous. It also coated the bottom of my belongings in a black coat of grease which then had to be cleaned. I tried my best to wipe up the grease in the truck. But it was too late. Very frustrating experience. Not happy at all.

BILAL RI reserved a 10’ truck. Upon arrival there were only 15’ trucks available and I was forced to pay for the difference. The U-Haul representative said there was no way to accommodate paying for only what I reserved despite available truck options. Fleet management is not the fault of the customer. This needs to be fixed.
