I recived the truck 30 minutes late. After bringing the truck back early they didn’t closed out so we could charge more. First time they charged more then what it Schould be. Second day same trip but since I new what happened the day before I went up there and made the owner close it out. They still charged me less but not fare. Also 2 trips same distance but he charged me a different amount. O and they did not give my deposit back! Very disappointing!!

Better customer service and they gave all my identity to another customer used my credit card for another customer mess up all my reservations and gave the truck that I had reserved to another customer using all my information including my address my credit card information in the hand of another customer it all mest up I am still waiting for my full refund to comes in before I contact my bank and my lawyer this is a disaster I am very disappointed 🙁
RODERICK RIt would’ve been better to walk around in the truck to verify all aspects of the truck maintenance. But the people at the pick up location were very friendly. I appreciate the fact that they were available 24 hours. And the process to check in and was very fast overall.
