We have used this location many times with great results. This time, after booking the rental earlier in the week, we received a call a day or so later to be informed that the rental was double booked and we would have to go out of our way to another location to pick up our truck. However after some discussion we were able to get a truck at this location at a later time in the day. Everything else went fine.
