Phil was very helpful with my rental as the corporate office messed up my reservation completely. I had reserved a 20' truck and a car transport trailer to be picked up together 2 weeks prior to my move. 2 days before my move I receive an email informing me that I have to pick them up 3 hours south of my original location, when I am traveling north. When I tried working with corporate, the best they could do was have me pick up the truck local and drive 1 1/2 hours away to get the trailer. Phil did his best to try and find a trailer local, but was unable. He even made several phone calls while I was there to try to help me.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI have used this location twice and the experience was great and accommodating. The communication was great and truly helped me out when I had issues with getting a uhaul truck. Thank you so much.
MAJASHA WIt is the second time that I rent a vehicle in this place, I returned because the first time was great and this was no less, only the attention of the manager was excellent, the van I rented was in perfect condition in general, I recommend the place 100%
Mario PThe owner was very helpful when I picked the van up and he gave me great direction on how to turn it in after hours. The van was spotless and ran great.
