NICHOLAS WNo one at location when dropped off truck, left blankets and dolly in truck as no one there to provide instructions. A garage door was open with equipment visible.
Sheri SI was signed up for insurance that I explicitly rejected and charged an “after hours return fee” (even though my rental period ended “after hours,” so it was an inextricable part of the rental and not an add-on) when your terrible app failed and I was unable to “self-return” the truck. The owner of this location is terrible for committing insurance fraud. You are a terrible company for your awful app and borderline criminal policies. I wish all of you the worst.
