My original location was changed to this location and my truck was changed to a 20 footer instead of a smaller 15 foot truck. Both of these changes was frustrating as moving and driving is during my move and drive to syracuse ny

Overall the service was ok. Wasn't a wow experience. Ended up having an incorrect bill and a banged up U-Haul (dirty cup holders, bad breaks, scratches on outside of truck and a loose bumper)
