The online checkin process is ridiculously time-consuming process. I could not begin it early, and had to wait for them to verify with a phone call. My son was right there, waiting, and no one called him. It was ridiculous.

Nathan S.The Customer service was very poor. Went to pick up the truck; the lady was very rude and off putting but at this point I had no option to get another Truck elsewhere. The truck needs an alignment and, it kept pulling to the left it made it very difficult to move but again, I had no other options. Upon returning the truck, I felt like I was being rushed off them property. The site approached me while I was trying to return in Truck Share 24/7 app and make me feel completely rushed and an inconvenience to him. So much so that I had to complete my return away from the site because the guy was just ready to close for the day. He wouldn't even allow me time to roll the windows up. Will NOT be returning here.
