JONATHAN NU-Haul app worked poorly. This location is impossible to see from the road. They finally took the rental in after many days of waiting for a response. Very poor.
RONALD RWe reserved it for 0830. We arrived at 0820. There was no one around and no answer to the door. I finally found someone in the rear of the building who gave me a number to call. The person did not arrive until 0850. He was cordial and helpful- but late.
