CORPORATE PROBLEM (not Pick-Up location) I specified where I wanted to drop off the trailer, but U-Haul logistics instructed me to go to another State. This is the second time this has happened to me! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING YOUR LOGISTICS!!! Service at the Pick-Up location was EXCELLENT.

The motorcycle trailer is a poor design. Due to the angle the motorcycle has over come to go from the ramp onto the trailer, the motorcycle gets stuck and hits the ramp. A very poor design. I would look somewhere else for a better trailer unless you want to pick up the back of your motorcycle (650 lbs) to get it onto the trailer.

They offered me some help with my hitch being too low and got a fix for me. They were awesome. Thanks. I also want to give a shout out to the folks at the main uhaul location on 15-501. I had an issue with my wiring harness that they went the extra yard to help me with. Much appreciate the folks at that location too.

Very unprofessional. Poor customer service skills. I was charged extra for a cleaning charge for a unit that was dirty when I got it. I was also over charged on the mileage rates. Just an horrible experience at this particular location.

The mobile pick up with the app needs improvement. When I added a picture of my husband and his license (because he was the one driving) it told me that it didn’t match the records they had on file for me. But it never said it wanted a picture of me, the account holder. So it cancelled my reservation and we had to stand there in the parking lot and re-reserve the truck again. And start the whole process over again. It was very frustrating. And then when we went to return the truck I went to pay for it and it had already held the money from my account that I had estimated with the mileage. So my account didn’t have enough to pay the final bill. So I had to call customer service and figure it out with them.

I had used the truck to pull the auto transport to move a car. My original registration was a pick up in warrenton va and a drop off in wilmington north carolina. The destination some how got changed and i did not notice that when i received the truck. When dropping off in Wilmington the received facility was very helpful in helping to fix that issue. Ive used this facility before in Wilmington and would definently recommend them to anyone in the area.

The experience with the U-Haul location was great and the truck was well maintained. However, we were incorrectly charged $12.70 upon dropping the truck off even though we added 3 gallons of fuel for 30.1 miles of use as told. This made a positive experience, a negative experience and I would like to understand how we can recover this incorrect charge. Thank you.
