You changed our pickup location at the last minute and the location caused us to have to pay more in mileage. When we got to the location, the place was closed and there were no instructions left for use to pick up the truck. We lost an hour of time trying to get that straightened out. There were a lot of additional, hidden fees we did not know about until we returned the truck. Returning the truck was a huge hassle since no one was at the drop off location and we had to spend a bunch of time doing the online return. I was hesitant about using UHaul, and I definitely will not use it in the future. The whole ordeal made this very complicated.
