The 6 x 12 trailer is very heavy and it would be more convenient if it had a jack on the attachment arm so that one person could Attach and detach it from the trailer hitch. It was also pretty dirty on the inside when we got it so we had to give it a good sweep before we loaded.
CASEY KI ordered a dolly and it wasn’t there. I called to make sure the day before and nothing. So I had to leave some of my heavier furniture behind since I couldn’t pick them up.
Paula MIt needs to be verified on the website the location hours of operation because it was not open when I reserved to pick up in store so it took me an hour and a half to change everything over the phone once I got to the location to pick up the truck. Other than that everything was great no complaints other than the truck had trash in it from previous renters.
