Apparently this location is closed altogether and they wanted me to take it Lovelock, NV which is an hour away. Thankfully they didn't charge me the $175.00 wrong destination fee.

Reserved to pick up a truck from a closed location, so in the past they have left the keys hidden in the truck. This time the key wasn’t left in the truck like it was supposed to be. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with 3 or 4 different people until I finally found a different truck of the same size with the key in it. Got that one re-assigned to me but the gas was nearly 1/8 lower than what was on the revised contract emailed to me. Didn’t feel like wasting more time on the phone so I just accepted the extra money spent on fuel. The back of truck had been left open overnight and was filled with snow that I had to sweep out before I could load anything in. These issues were the fault of the person who dropped off the truck, but if the original truck was ready like it should have been then I wouldn’t have had to deal with them.

Do good post and pre trips

Uhaul corporation sucks. Was told after pick up that the return location in the town where I was moving to was full and not accepting uhaul drop offs so I’d have to drive another hour and a half to the next location to drop off. Upon calling the local drop off directly, they assured me they could make room. Thanks to GoodMorning Furniture, but Uhaul is an absolute shit hole of a company every time Ive had to use them.

Renting a car carrier and truck to tow the broken down car at this location with both items were promised. I was then notified that the car carrier was 75 miles east of my west bound trip to Ashland OR. Bait and switch. Pure and simple. Develop a better inventory system to handle the units and keep the owner off the damn golf course so customers can conduct there business. Yes, I'm still pissed off.

Far to expensive. It shouldn't cost less to move a family out of state than move a single vehicle.

It was closed on Sunday but drop off was easy. They accidentally charged me for fuel, recognized their mistake and reversed the charge. So I appreciated that they recognized what happened and fixed the problem - Thanks! Aaron

They didn't have the vehicle I reserved so we had to go with a smaller one. This meant we had to make an extra trip, and it would have been nice if they hadn't charged us for those 20 miles.

Again smooth and simple. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you much for making our move simpler.

The Trailer Store staff were great. However, the Uhaul App did not work for 24/7 truck pick up. Then the customer service number, option 3 for existing contracts did not work either.

Actually honor a reservation.

Very nice. Owner did not charge me for returning trailer with muddy outsides, it was raining all day and rural roads were muddy. THANKS

Easy walk-in pickup.

The trunk I rented needs to be put out of service. It consumed 30 gallons of gas over relatively flat terrain on a trip that was only 168 miles. What a rip off.

Make sure vehicles fit car carriers from website is accurate. Website said our truck would fit and it didn’t. Then had two different return sites. One for truck and the trailer to different site on other side of city. Moving help is a site wouldn’t work right, their is no contact phone number, and movers tried over charging us twice. Nothing but problems at every turn.

Our reservation was unable to be filled at our original reservation and the trailer we made sure would fit our truck did not fit it at ALL.
