MARK PI was told to arrive Friday morning at 9am to complete paperwork and get the keys from office staff. No one was there! After waiting 30 minutes. I called the national number to find out what was going on. By 10am, the national staff remotely checked me in and gave me access to a truck. I wasted an hour because the staff at this location did not do what they said they would do.
