The instruction for mobile pickup lacked I formation and was confusing. When we reached out to U-Haul for help, they too were confused and transferred us to a different department. When that person could not help, they provided a phone number for us to call. This made three representatives we had to speak with, none of which could provide us answers, and pickup took 45 minutes when it should have taken 15.

The process was smooth and painless. To rent a 5 by 8 trailer for the day only cost $26 dollars. The only thing is you need to check the lights before you leave. We had some issues getting the trailer lights to work with the truck we used to pull it with.
