The young man that assisted me with the pick up of the rental was rude, and dismissive. He demonstrated poor interpersonal and social skills. He did not give me a contract, just the keys to the truck. I will not use this location again.
rented Saturday at 9am returned same day at 4:37pm. Opened the front door and handed the keys to the gentlemen in the shop. I asked him if I needed to return the van via the phone app. He said â€œno, Iâ€™ll take care of itâ€ and took my keys. Next day I was charged for the extra day and the extra day insurance. I called them and he told that nobody was there after 3pm. Really so I handed the key to a ghost inside the establishment? He said just call Uhaul.. so I wait on hold for an hour and ware my time.. totally lame and inconvenient- choose another location
Need to update the system at check in because it needed to be resubmitted 3-4 times...uhaul issue not the location.
I did not pick this pick up location for my uhaul. I had to drive 50 minutes away from my house to get the truck. Was not aware that the pick up destination closed at 2:30 (which was my pick up time selected online) so when I was arriving late I was told over the phone they may or may not wait for me ???? The communication between uhaul and these places needs to be better!! Terrible experience running all over trying to find my uhaul when thereâ€™s 10 locations minutes away from my house

Well, I don't know. I called & allowed an extra hour to return van, Yet, you charged me an extra day which of course I did not use or rent the van. I called & turned in van 13 minutes late but was allowed? Please or credit me the extra day; I plan to rent the van again soon & their is an inconveniece credit somewhere also. Thank u
The whole staff should be trained to rent, waited too long to be signed out at rental time.
You should tell your agent Adam that he should not lie to people when I picked up the van I was concerned about the price per mile he assured me that he would be able to adjust the price per mile upon returning the truck he did not and billed my credit card the full amount. For now on when I need to rent a van I will find a more reputable company
I asked him to back up the uhaul truck from his parking lot and he refused to do it. Also moving help I order during the rental and they didn't come. I paid in advance for it.
First time renting at this location. Love love love how I was treated as if I were their only customer! Please thank them for me!
Can i get my contract already?
The service tire light came on on the way to my pick up destination and then again when I got home. I needed to get out of the vehicle and physically inspect the tires to make sure there was not a major issue as I was far away from home. It made for a very nervous trip.
This location did not have a drop box nor a designated area to drop off the trailer.
Owner of the establishment was on site and did not help at all. The service manager or UHAUL representative was rude, threatened to charge us $400 more and only after falling UHAUL directly was I comfortable delivering the trailer. The UHAUL Representative was not curtiois barked orders and answered to two men renting a truck grunted and pointed to other patrons and after waiting he checked the trailer in and I had to catch up to him to get my receipt. Not a good experience or place at all.

This location charge me $25 cleanup charge which was not necessary They also ripped me off and charged me an extra fuel charge with my last rental. The van was perfect when I returned it every night. Never again at that location. Scammed me for an extra few dollars.
Not a dedicated uhaul location so you have to wait a bit

The staff were so so so kind! I called that I was running late, and I was ensured that it was no issue. When returning the truck I called because (of course) I was running late...he reminded me to get gas and this was about 15 min before closing...he was so nice, said it was okay to leave the truck if they were closed. When I arrived it was SO cold and I had to wait for my boyfriend to come get me, he stayed and let me wait inside until my ride arrived. So kind. Would highly recommend this location for any services.
Upon return I was charged over $6 additional when the needle on the gas gauge was a hair under. I had JUST put in gas. In addition I had rented the truck for 8 hours. I got there at 10 instead of 9 and due to heavy traffic was back by 520. The attendant attempted to charge me for an extra day. I? fought him on that and he didnâ€™t

When I arrived the worker said he couldn't find my reservation but would rent me the truck anyways. However, when he ran my card the reservation came up which included my requests for furniture pads and a dolly. He failed to inform me of this or provide those items so now I have to call to get that refunded.
Because the location is a private business, it is not available for pick-up 24hrs a day. I received a call from the Inwood location the day before informing me of the new pick-up location. I asked it I could pick-up the truck at 630am and was told yes. I received a confirmation text. When I arrived the next morning and tried to complete a self pick-up, the system said I didn't have a reservation. When I called the manager, he informed me that the location wouldn't open until 8am. The 1.5 he delay pushed back my trip and almost prevented me from being able to move into my apartment after traveling for hours, 4 hours more than usual because of the truck not being able to take parkway.
