I’m renting a truck next week and originally was going to take it there, after this drop off I changed my drop off location for the truck. He was rude, not helpful at all. He did not even give me any kind of receipt. Thank God all locations are not like this one.
John WThe truck had broken wood rails in the storage area that made it impossible to use support straps. The wind shield was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The door ajar sensor stayed on while using the truck and the cruise control only worked intermittently.
Thomas OOverall it was a smooth pick up. Location is just a little strange. Not sure how to improve.
