There was no one present at the location and the parking lot was so full we found it difficult to find a place to drop the trailer.

Jaimee SPick up location is convenient and the truck was left in an easily accessible area for pick up. Owner called to confirm the reservation and was very nice. The 15' truck was clean and in good condition, except for some small leaks in the roof around the screws. It was rain/snowing during our move and there was water dripping into the back of the truck causing slippery spots. We had to arrange our things so that the water wouldn't damage anything inside and put a bucket to catch some of the water.
Brittany AThe issue I had when I picked up the truck was that the back sliding door was completely frozen shut. The average person would not have been able to get it open. I had to break away all the built up ice and then use all the strength to pull the door up and open. Anyone not as strong would have given up on the door and not been able to use the truck. Other than that the experience was great. Easy to pick up and drop off, well maintained and good customer service. Would use this location again
