No customer service. They were closed so customer was expected to do their job or be charged a ridiculous fee. This is after we were made to drop off over 20 miles from our destination. Not their fault. Totally the fault of U-HAUL.

Unfortunately, I did not check the odometer before I left. I was charged for an extra 250 miles. There were either more miles on the truck or the miles were written down wrong before I left. My bad. I should have checked before I left. If you rent from this location be sure to check the miles.
GLEN H1st trailer we hooked up had 3 lights out. They unhooked and we got the other trailer that had working lights.
FELECIA ATrailer tongue was very heavy. Parking area was slightly dowhill which made it nearly impossible to hook up with one person.
Cole BBefore I dropped off the truck, I filled up the gas tank. I had to drive only 10 miles to drop off after fill up. I noticed though that I was charged after drop off for two gallons of gas. I dispute this because the gauge was exactly where it was when I picked it up!
