When I was phoned and given a different pickup location I was not told to download the app to pick up. I was 2.5 hours late getting the truck which I had to pay for an extra day.

Joseph C.The only thing is the truck had no cruise control and when moving to another state, that is really hard on your legs and much safer when you can set your speed. The other thing is there no way to charge your phone. NO usb ports. Sounded as if the lifters were starting to stick in the engine as well, so that was a little nerving. Also, there was not contact with me during my 3 day rental to inform me where they had me scheduled to drop off the truck no longer excepted drop offs. Thank GOD someone was there to tell me where to take it as I had no internet service in that area and it was out in the sticks...so easy to get lost. I finally made it but those things are important for future choices on who to rent moving trucks from or recommendations. The people I dealt with were all helpful and did their job well. Other than all of that it was fine. Thank you.
Dianne F.Couldn't get app to work on phone so trying to return that morning was a problem. Customer service tried to help but easier to pay the convenience fee as business was closed. Overall everything was top notch.
