If a customer calls later and asks to have someone look in the truck for a set of keys or a pair of glasses just maybe someone at that location could actually try to help them out. I know we are supposed to look ourselves but sometimes we miss something. It was the first time I used the app to return the truck and it was a bit confusing for me. It was after I put the keys in the return box that I realized I had left the keys to my new storage unit in the truck. I now have to get the lock cut off the unit. I will use uhaul again but not this return location. Lazy people, crappy customer service

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSecond time to drop off equipment at this location and both times nobody was there and I did the mobile drop off, so I can’t comment on this location
Adel Nmight have been too early. Although the sign said "open" and the gate was open there was no one on site
Adel NKey was in the wrong box had to call U-Haul however codes were pre-set so I could get the correct key out of the other box. Then U-Haul reset my check-in and everything went well after that.
