Have the equipment cleaned before renting There was a misunderstanding with the cost of the service. I had received by internet a total cost including insurance of $305 and they charged my debit card with $345. How can I recover this extra charge?

tracey wEven though I was treated with respect and professionalism the pick up location I went to did not communicate with us that we had to keep the truck with a certain amount of gas was told because the other person left it empty that all we needed to do is drop it off with the same amount of gas and we wouldn’t get charged extra even though he did give us a credit because it was empty U-Haul charged to us again I would’ve rather have a truck with gas then have a credit to be taken away but overall the U-Haul experience was OK however I am upset with the lack of information being provided or rather wrong information.
