we were given a 10ft box truck that obviously had a defective right front tire. 48 miles into our trip to our destination the right front tire completely shredded from the rim, not just a flat tire, but completely shredded. I would attach photos, but the survey doesn't have that option. Then we waited 3 hrs on the side of I-73 for the roadside assistance to change the tire. our reference #3591460. our total milage for the rental was only 97 miles. 😠

Was told bring it in anytime before 5, then was charged an extra day and told I was an a hour and a half late. Misrepresentation. No receipt was provided at time of rental. Representative not friendly.
Nathanael BThe location tried to rip me off by claiming insurance was mandatory. I called HQ and they reversed the charge. The location then turned around and charged me $18 for 3 gallons of gas. I took a picture of gas guage and returned it back at the same level. Besides that I only drove the van a total of 20 miles, exactly what I told him I would drive it. If I used 3 gallons of gas than that relatively newer uhaul van is getting an atrocious 7mpg!!
