Very impressive with the customer service here, I am not a big fan of customer service in the grand scheme of things, however Matthew and Timmy standalone! I've never been accommodated better at any storage facility, (I purchase auction lockers) it's hard to find staff that want to constantly give attention to the customers in a way that they feel welcomed and or gone out of their way for, but that's exactly how I felt here, Matthew specially went out of his way to accommodate every need that I had immediately while still taking care of other customers and phone calls. Incredibly professional and the follow-up was unbelievable as well, on top of their jobs! If I lived in this area I would have my storages here for sure. For being in bloomington, the place is state of the art and I felt very secure while handling my business. My hat goes off to you gentlemen! Especially matthew, thank you.

She answered all my questions about Storage pricing inquiries about Security payment and I told her well. I’ll be back in a few days to finalize the deal. She explained to me that I can get it right now. No money down first month free lock me in went to one unit wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. She quickly made a call opened up a different unit that was on another floor. It was perfect. I was able to go up there. Check it out. Put the lock on the unit. Let her know that I was happy with it and I left excellent experience five stars.
