John G | Overall ExperienceI ended up getting to the unit a day early, however the unit i was suppose to get (which was cheaper) had someone delinquent on moving out so they offered me a free upgrade and a months rent free which was great and the only reason I agreed to a bigger unit. Fast forward, the upgrade was not free and I still had to pay the larger unit rent but I did get a month free. Barely a month into having this unit my price increased. I picked the smaller unit for a reason and now I was having to pay 50 dollars more than what I originally had booked. On top of that the pin pad for after hours access doesn't work ao you can only go to the unit during business hours which is very inconvenient

Scott M | Online Move InI had reserved a unit size online and nowhere I saw stated the North 7th location DOES NOT take “reservations”. To my utter shock when I showed up for my unit I was informed they don’t do that and that the one I needed was not available. I had to go up a size. I was there with two vehicles ready to unload. I was given a month free rent however the unit at the price I’d initially planned for would have been a more professional accommodation. I feel LUCKY that other than the price point I wasn’t ready for, there was a solution. I’d recommend people call the store or walk in to see about a unit. Online is not wise nor convenient. The help was lack luster and quite nonchalant. A blah atmosphere/experience. Staff watching the football game, cell phones. I do greatly appreciate the carts however. Hugely helpful, thank you!

Ernesto E | Overall ExperienceThis UHaul location has helped us many times over 2 years in a literal PINCH. It's well stocked w/ trailers (especially for a university town) and well maintained. My only suggestion is more staff or better message system to answer phones or even an alert on their website, bc we've had to drive down to personally ask questions more than a couple of times since no one answers the phone. Now that we live out of state and still had a locker there, I had to call the national # to ask if they were open on Labor Day when we were planning to empty the locker. They are still AWEsome though. Thank you for 2 great years of service. We'll miss you and Bozeman!!! :)
Todd V | Overall ExperienceThe only thing I'm disappointed with is the amount I'm charged. On the board, the prices were different, and when I asked,: Why didn't the price match ??? The simple response was Sorry, but those are old prices." For the first time in 22 years, as a regular client, I've experienced something like this. Usually, Businesses must honor the prices, but not in this location.
