The increase in prices every year are a turnoff. Set the prices a little higher at the beginning, lock people in on that price, and never change it for the duration of the individual using the storage unit. You can use this to incentivize on time payments if you disclaim that late payments may result in the storage unit price being reconstructed for current market averages.
