thelma c | First ImpressionsThe first year that I think we were there my storage unit was broken into. They changed the locks and I never received a replacement key. I had broken my ankle and couldn’t get up there to see what was missing or damaged. I was not able to get up there until August. By that time the locks had been changed.

MONIKA M | Overall ExperienceThe entire process was miserable. Imagine trying to order a storage unit with somebody face deep into a phone and not wanting to do anything business related. Paid for 2 months of storage but on the receipt it only says 1. So now i have to go up there any hopefully fix the incompetents. Waited over an hour to even get loaded into a bay for somebody who was just parked in there not even unloading anything. Then at around 4:20 they tell us we have to leave soon because they are closing early today, normal hours close at 5. The only reason i put one star is because there was no option for a zero.

Regina C | First ImpressionsI paid for 24 hour access and one month I couldn’t access my unit for a week due to them having to do something to their floors I was not notified about this ahead of time when i purchased the unit I was inconvenienced had to keep my valuables in my car with me that week which was very risky but I still had to pay the full amount for storage I needed to access my unit daily that was a terrible inconvenience and then in December I was told i wouldn’t be able to access the unit for three weeks unless it was during office hours I work until 7pm and the office closed at 7pm again no reduction in storage unit price or compensation seems like it’s always something but they want the full payment I removed my items and didn’t continue renting there if I pay for 24hr access that’s what I expect I was totally unsatisfied and inconvenience bad experience for me
