It's a policy and a choice owners have made. I respect that. The attendant is perfectly competent and pleasant. She recognizes the pain and suffering associated with the legalese of contractual obligation. I can't believe how long the check-in process takes. U-Haul needs to simplify the form. The attendant was kind and apologetic when asking for understanding in the check-in process. But the check-in process must be simplified. The lawyers have taken over. U-Haul really needs to look at how many claims they've had versus the customer satisfaction associated with obtaining a storage unit. My guess is the balance of multiple pages of legal phrases and documents that no one reads or can read on a computer are absolutely useless. Thanks so much for the kind person attending the office. I'm confident these are wasted words but for the happiness of employees and customers is worth stating the obvious.
