There was roaches in my unit. I was told they will handle it since they’ve gotten other calls about roaches in other units. I was told I will get a refund but never did.

Hot ! It was brutal to move in with o a building with no AC . If storage units are in buildings . They should be climate controlled. Heat exhaustion happens ! That building needs AC period .
