The hallways are to narrow and the lights would not come on when opening the door.

Something strange kept happening with card payments attempted & I had to wait a month for a new card in the mail each time after this office kept locking my card. Prices and fees kept rising despite the problems with payment method was not my fault- that was not fair.

Frederick J | Overall ExperienceI used a medium-sized storage unit at U-Haul Moving & Storage at Coliseum for three years to store furniture and other belongings that I did not need in my new home. I chose this location because of its convenient location and the availability of climate-controlled units. Throughout the entire period, my furniture and belongings remained in excellent condition with no damage, The facility was always clean and dry inside, Access hours were generous, from early morning until late at night, making it easy and convenient to load and unload as needed. The staff was helpful and professional during both the move-in and move-out processes, which made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. I would recommend U-Haul Moving & Storage at Coliseum to anyone in need of reliable and secure storage.

Robyn F | Overall ExperienceThe facility needs a floor plan map so when entering the building, you can see which way to go to find your unit vs walking the entire facility to find your storage unit. Also the large jumbo electric door to the back, facing walmart, does not close untill you press and hold for almost 1 minute. Something is wrong with the buttons. Otherwise, all good.

I was promised a refund for the time left on my monthly rental and wasn't able to get it done. I used one week of my monthly rental. I live off a fixed income.
Marlon R | Overall ExperienceThe units' measurements are not as described. The estimations of how much a given unit could contain were off by orders of magnitude. Do not rent storage space here unless you want to overpay for less space than advertised.
Mary H | Overall ExperienceThe office closed early the day I arrived, there was no assistance in finding my storage unit and after finding the storage unit and realizing that it was up a flight of stairs, when I tried to cancel it all the numbers I called and got transfered to on those calls said there was nothing they could do. Another thing, when I rented the truck it allowed me to select that storage unit for a free month of storage and yet I couldn't even access the building until I paid for it. Overall ruined my experience with U-Haul and only wrote this review because every day since I've been getting both texts and emails from UHaul bothering me to write a review
