You didn’t have large enough units available for us so we ended up with three smaller units of 5 x 10, 10 x 10, and a 10 x 15, unfortunately you don’t have any promotions giving anybody a deal when they use multiple units. That would be my biggest complaint.
elaine m | First ImpressionsThe staff at the Holland site were spectacular. I had to phone in a change in my rental after working hours and the staff member at the call center (Corey) was great.
Ken M | First ImpressionsWe used Uhaul to store our household things for 3 years. Uhaul staff were always friendly and our stuff was always safe and secure. We also rented Uhaul trucks multiple times - always a great experience with clean trucks that ran well. Uhaul definitely was a positive contributor to our lengthy moving process over more than 3 years.
THEODORE A | Overall ExperienceUpon arrival we were not greeted, and then given our paperwork with no explanation or where the truck I rented was. The General Manager was working Stephanie I believe. Did not help with information or how to locate our rental. Which I may add is absolutely unnecessary. How is it the paying customer has to locate their rental, and then continue the process of completing the rental agreement. I personally will not come to this location again, due to the lack of communication with picking and dropping off rentals.
