Austin S | Overall ExperienceThe ceiling was falling because the unit next to us was empty and some one got in to my unit couple of time and they rant sack everything and stole valuables I reported it the first time and all I got was (we cannot do nothing ) I fixed and they jump the second time and again the front desk say that it’s out of there hands and there’s nothing they can do it was the worse experience , I really need it to keep renting but I had to move my stuff before some one keeps damaging it and taking what ever they want it

Sharon M | Overall Experiencemy things were stolen out of my storage. I was told that if I didn’t have insurance, there was nothing that your company could do. I’m very disappointed in U-Haul. I will never use his service again for Storage. There’s no compensation for what me and my family has lost. I believe it was inside job. There was too much time invested in opening my boxes and going through my things.. with no help from management only a guilty face.
