I did not know there were so many climate controlled storage units inside the building which is what we wanted and the location is very convenient to our home. Savannah F. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I had nonissuesbwhile using the storage unit. My only complaint is that, because the main light is motion-sensored,if you spend long enough time inside the unit everything will go dark. I solved that by buying a head light at Amazon,so I did not have to go out in the hallway all the way where the lights were and wave my hands. If we could have a light source in the units that is not motion -triggered it would be helpful. Other than that,I would recommend it and use it again,without hesitation.
