The only complaint that I have is that the units no longer have interior lighting. The hallway lighting isn’t enough to light the unit bright enough to be safe. Staff was amazing and quite helpful.

DARREN B | First ImpressionsI was told for my first month free promotion on the phone I didn’t need any money When I got there they said I need to purchase locks This was not said to me on the phone. Sounds like they force you to buy their locks which sounds kind of scammish I have had other storage places none of them required for me to buy their lock Then the lady working said if I did it online the locks would be free but of coarse that didn’t work Paid $25 for locks for nothing

The woman who answered the phone had difficulty hearing me, and I had difficulty hearing her because of all of the very loud talking that was happening around her. I suggest that the person answering the phones should be somewhere away from all of the noise at the front counters.
