Awful customer service experience. My first uhaul storage experience was so good that I thought to try again at a different location…this time in Lincolnshire. This time around was so so bad. Please retrain your staff or something because the way I was treated was not acceptable. I would also like a full refund because I will most likely be picking up my things ASAP and moving to a different location.

Patricia P | First Impressions1 I did on line I thought all was good until I went to the storage place.. I was getting a van but they said no the smallest truck apparently that’s also called a van. Too many incidents that occurred in number one. It was a new employee helping then gave us the keys that I thought was for the van found out. It’s really for the truck asked to switch to a van and then I found out the first floor storage unit that I was gonna except had 12 stairs to climb. I cannot do that with a couch and a loveseat that I was bringing inso within time we had a different employee help and seek out a different storage unit within the same building a little higher price, but was able to be available, even though I had difficulties throughout overall
