TODGE B | First ImpressionsRat infested outdoor units. 0 accountability for the mistakes but how could they have any when there have been multiple managers? Luckily I had insurance. On my final call with them the manager Mac Fox lied and said they had to cut the lock on my unit because the call was recorded. If they cut my lock why would I be using it on my new storage unit? I look forward to speaking to someone who can assist me with this issue and pray for anybody who tries to use their services.
