The staff at the Mendenhall location was very professional, helpful and kept a very clean facility. God forbid I have to move again. But if I need a storage I'm definitely going back to this one. Nicole Jones

The manager that was on duty when I rented was the most helpful on the day that I rented a truck and then a storage unit. I was beyond stressed out. I pray God takes care of her daily. After moving out the team that contacted me was courteous and polite when trying to fix an issue and made sure that everything went smoothly without extra charges. I’m grateful and very thankful!

There was an area along the back left wall that looked like dead rodents were removed, but no clean up thereafter. Horrible odor!!! We were rushed for time, so I CLEANED IT! I am purchasing deodorizers because the unit still has an odor.

Gerald R | Overall ExperienceIt was excellent the staff were very patient while I’m going through my hardship at this time prices were exceptional I would recommend them for renting vehicles the only reason I gave U-HAUL 4stars is because the storage isn’t very efficient clean and climate control friendly but you have to carry your items into the building up and around many corners to store your belongings it’s just not very efficient
