Linda D | First ImpressionsMy answer above was the staff helpful and friendly and I said no. No went to being helpful, yes to they are were friendly. My explanation is below. I was using this facility to hold my uncle's furniture, which I'm his Executor. I was paying the monthly fee from the estate account which is a check. It would be more of a convenience if Associates could be trained to accept checks and they clear while customers are there instead of only Managers using this option. I had to wait 15 minutes one time to pay my rent and another time I was moving out furniture and had to buy straps in the store and the Associate couldn't accept my check. Then on the day of my move out on 3/12/25 the Associate of 3 years didn't know how to refund a $6 credit on my account and would have the manager call me.
