Betty M | First ImpressionsDuring my time renting a unit at this U-Haul facility my rent was increased multiple times. I didn’t understand why when the quality of the unit was the same and some of the amenities were never fixed. I was not able to use to load in portion of the facility for most of the time. The front door was also broken and had to be opened manually which was inconvenient while trying to load and unload some things. I feel like for an increased rent there should have been some improvements made.
